Asus: Intel Declares War "Ultrabook" With Apple

TAIPEI - Intel aggressively campaigned ultrabook as the thinnest laptop, a new era of portable computers. In essence, the notebook ultrabook is trimmed in size, plus the battery resistance, and increasingly sophisticated performance.

Intel campaign with his ultrabook is of course very blessed by the hardware vendor partners such as Asustek. In fact, Asus chairman and founding father Morris Chang said Intel Ultrabook declared war on Apple with the MacBook Air. As is known, the MacBook is currently known to the operating system and thinness.

"Intel will compete with the backing of the customer TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company)," says Chang, as reported by Tech Eye, Friday (17/02/2012).

Much speculation Ultrabook will be a strong competitor that can not be underestimated by Apple. The reason is, it comes with Intel Ultrabook frills clones cheaper MacBook, and is preferred by the consumer non-Apple computers.

However, Chang has pledged its support to "stand behind" its customers in battle against Intel.

Apple has responded by asking the public to stop Asus makes MacBook Air clone, so it looks like a war actively and openly.
