Some sources say the closest, it will carry ultrabook model codenamed Z330 and Z440 Super Ultrabook LG. The first model has a 13.3-inch screen, CPU Core i3/i5/i7, 4GB DDR3 RAM, SSD (120/256 GB), Ethernet, WiFi and Bluetooth, plus Intel HD 3000 graphics.
While the Z440 carries size 14-inch and 8GB memory, plus a 500 GB HDD. Both ultrabooks have a multi-card reader, USB 3.0 (one port), USB 2.0 (two ports), 1.3-megapixel webcam and HDMI, plus audio in / out.
Ultrabook presence is in line with LG's official statement before announcing its presence at CES 2012.
"At this year's CES, LG will showcase products that not only new, but also set a new standard for defining the category of personal computing devices," said JJ Lee, vice president and chief executive of LG Electronics IT Business Unit, as quoted by Softpedia, Thursday (01/05/2012).
"Our new product featuring a variety of breakthrough technologies from LG, like IPS screen, glasses-free 3D and Super Speed Boot, which feels will enhance the personal computing experience. This technology reflects our goal to satisfy the various needs of consumers, as well as an aggressive strategy for 2012, "he added.
